What this covers
This policy describes how Sark Labs LLC handles information collected through its website, sarklabs.ai, and through its SMS alert program, Sark Alerts.
What we collect
- Information you send us through the contact form on sarklabs.ai: your name, email address, and your message.
- For Sark Alerts: the mobile phone number enrolled to receive alerts, and records of the messages sent to it.
How we use it
We use contact-form information only to reply to you. We use the enrolled phone number only to deliver the operational alerts you asked for, and to honor opt-out and help requests.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
Messages are delivered through our SMS provider, Twilio, which processes the phone number solely to transmit messages on our behalf.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any Sark Alerts message to stop receiving them. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email aram@sarklabs.ai.
