Sark Alerts — SMS Terms

Program

Sark Alerts sends automated operational notifications from Sark Labs' internal monitoring system to the account owner who enrolled a mobile number: app health issues, billing and payment exceptions, security events, deadline reminders, and a link to the daily summary. No marketing messages are sent.

How you opt in

Account holders sign up at sarklabs.ai/alerts.html by entering their mobile number and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box. No one is enrolled without completing that form, and numbers are never purchased or collected from third parties.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 0 to 10 messages per day depending on system activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers
