Burbank, CA · our home base
Sark Labs is a small software studio with its mailing address in Burbank. We build the website your customers see, the AI receptionist that answers when you can’t, and the custom tools your team uses. Then we host and look after all of it, every month.
Sasha is our AI. Aram, who runs Sark Labs, reads what you send and gets back to you. Or call to hear an AI receptionist answer for a business like yours.
What we build
Answers calls, texts and website chat day and night, books from your real calendar and sends you one short report each night. It tells callers it’s an AI.
How the receptionist works →Fast, clear sites written for the people who call you, built from your real services, hours and photos. We host them and keep them up to date.
iPhone and Android apps, online booking, a simple CRM or a dashboard for your team, built around how you already work.
Your Google Business Profile, your website’s basics, and pages that help Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT understand what you do. No ranking promises.
Our SEO and GEO work →In Burbank
Barbers, salons and auto shops along Magnolia Boulevard and San Fernando Boulevard can’t put the clippers or the wrench down every time the phone rings. An AI receptionist answers and books from your calendar. See it for barbershops and salons.
Prop houses, rental companies, caterers and post shops near the Media District get calls and emails at odd hours. An assistant can answer the routine questions and sort the real jobs from the noise. See our lead screening.
If your site looks years old or is hard to use on a phone, we rebuild it from what you already have: your services, hours, photos and the reviews customers really left. Nothing invented.
Getting found in Burbank
Burbank is its own city, separate from Los Angeles, and customers search its neighborhoods by name: Downtown Burbank, the Media District, Magnolia Park and the Rancho area. If you serve them, we name them on your website and Google profile the way customers type them, and we make sure your business name, address and phone match everywhere you’re listed.
How it could work
Example, made up to show how it works
A production coordinator calls a Burbank prop rental house at 9:40 PM looking for a 1950s diner booth for Thursday. The receptionist says it’s the shop’s AI assistant, takes the show name, the item, the dates, pickup or delivery and a callback number, and explains that someone confirms availability when the shop opens. At 8 AM the owner sees one card with all of it, instead of a missed call from an unknown number.
How it works
Sasha is our AI. Aram, who runs Sark Labs, reads what you send and gets back to you.
You see a private preview, or a test call to your new receptionist, before anything goes live.
We host it, fix it and keep it current every month. Your domain, phone number and customer data stay yours. If you leave, they go with you, and a copy of your website does too once your account is paid up.
If we can’t solve it, you don’t pay. Before we start, we agree in writing on what “solved” means. You pay when it works that way, and after that a monthly fee keeps it running. Websites and the AI receptionist also come with a 14-day free trial once they’re working: keep them, or walk away and owe nothing. Search rankings aren’t included; no one can promise those.
Straight answers
Yes. Sark Labs’ mailing address is in Burbank (91501). We don’t have a storefront; the work happens over the phone, by email and on screen.
No. We work across Los Angeles County and with businesses anywhere in the US. Burbank is just home.
Owner-run local businesses: clinics, salons and barbershops, auto shops, contractors, restaurants, studios and professional offices. If customers call you, email you or look you up online, we can probably help.
It depends on what you need. Tell Sasha what you have in mind and you’ll get a straight quote after a short conversation. There is a monthly fee, because we host it, fix it and keep it up to date for you.
No one can honestly promise that. We fix what Google and AI assistants look at, build pages that answer the questions your customers ask, and show you what changed each month.
