Van Nuys, CA
Auto shops, body shops, contractors and trades in Van Nuys lose jobs to whoever answers first. We build an AI receptionist that picks up while your hands are busy, a website that makes it easy to call or ask for a quote, and the small tools that keep jobs moving.
Sasha is our AI. Aram, who runs Sark Labs, reads what you send and gets back to you. Or call to hear an AI receptionist answer for a business like yours.
What we build
Answers calls, texts and website chat day and night, books from your real calendar and sends you one short report each night. It tells callers it’s an AI.
How the receptionist works →Fast, clear sites written for the people who call you, built from your real services, hours and photos. We host them and keep them up to date.
iPhone and Android apps, online booking, a simple CRM or a dashboard for your team, built around how you already work.
Your Google Business Profile, your website’s basics, and pages that help Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT understand what you do. No ranking promises.
Our SEO and GEO work →In Van Nuys
The receptionist takes the car, the problem and a good time to call back, answers hours and directions, and books drop-offs on your calendar. You get it as one card on your phone, not a voicemail.
Quote requests from your website and your phone land in one place, with the address, photos and what the customer needs, so you can price the job from the truck.
Our dispatch app and an AI receptionist for shipper calls, built for a working 5-car hauler first. See software for car haulers.
Getting found in Van Nuys
Van Nuys is a neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles, not its own city, next to Sherman Oaks, Lake Balboa, Panorama City and North Hills. Shops here often end up with one place name on their website and another on Yelp or Google. We make the name, address and phone match everywhere, because mismatches confuse customers and search engines alike.
How it could work
Example, made up to show how it works
A driver calls a Van Nuys repair shop at 7:10 AM, before it opens, about a check-engine light. The receptionist takes the year, make and model and what the car is doing, gives the shop’s hours and directions, and books a drop-off slot on the shop’s calendar. The owner unlocks the door to one card with the details, instead of three voicemails to play back.
How it works
Sasha is our AI. Aram, who runs Sark Labs, reads what you send and gets back to you.
You see a private preview, or a test call to your new receptionist, before anything goes live.
We host it, fix it and keep it current every month. Your domain, phone number and customer data stay yours. If you leave, they go with you, and a copy of your website does too once your account is paid up.
If we can’t solve it, you don’t pay. Before we start, we agree in writing on what “solved” means. You pay when it works that way, and after that a monthly fee keeps it running. Websites and the AI receptionist also come with a 14-day free trial once they’re working: keep them, or walk away and owe nothing. Search rankings aren’t included; no one can promise those.
Straight answers
Yes, but it can be small. Most people look you up before they call. A fast page with your services, hours, the reviews you already have and a big call button does most of the work.
It takes their name, number and what they need. Anything unusual reaches you right away as a single card on your phone.
Yes. We’re based in Burbank and work across Los Angeles County and anywhere in the US.
It depends on what you need. Tell Sasha what you have in mind and you’ll get a straight quote after a short conversation. There is a monthly fee, because we host it, fix it and keep it up to date for you.
No one can honestly promise that. We fix what Google and AI assistants look at, build pages that answer the questions your customers ask, and show you what changed each month.
