Pasadena, CA
Pasadena customers look you up and compare before they ever call. We build websites that hold up to that look, AI receptionists that answer while you’re with a client, and the custom tools that keep the office running. Then we host and look after them every month.
Sasha is our AI. Aram, who runs Sark Labs, reads what you send and gets back to you. Or call to hear an AI receptionist answer for a business like yours.
What we build
Answers calls, texts and website chat day and night, books from your real calendar and sends you one short report each night. It tells callers it’s an AI.
How the receptionist works →Fast, clear sites written for the people who call you, built from your real services, hours and photos. We host them and keep them up to date.
iPhone and Android apps, online booking, a simple CRM or a dashboard for your team, built around how you already work.
Your Google Business Profile, your website’s basics, and pages that help Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT understand what you do. No ranking promises.
Our SEO and GEO work →In Pasadena
Law firms, accountants, insurance agents and therapists around South Lake Avenue and Colorado Boulevard need a site that is clear, secure and easy to contact from a phone. We write it in plain words from what you actually do.
Hours, menus and directions we keep current from the information you give us, an easy way to order or reserve, and a site that loads fast on a phone when someone is deciding where to go.
Online booking that matches your real schedule and an AI receptionist for the calls that come in while you’re with a patient. Our standard setup is not sold as HIPAA-compliant; we agree on what information it may collect before setup. See it for clinics.
Getting found in Pasadena
Pasadena is its own city, and customers search by area: Old Pasadena, the Playhouse Village, South Lake and East Pasadena. Next door, Altadena, South Pasadena and San Marino are separate places with their own names. If you serve them, we list each one on your website and Google profile instead of hoping “Pasadena” covers it.
How it could work
Example, made up to show how it works
On a Saturday afternoon, a caller asks an Old Pasadena restaurant whether it can seat a party of 12 tonight and where to park. The receptionist answers the parking question from what the owner gave it, takes the name, party size, time and a callback number, and passes the large-party request to the host to confirm, because big tables are the restaurant’s call, not the AI’s.
How it works
Sasha is our AI. Aram, who runs Sark Labs, reads what you send and gets back to you.
You see a private preview, or a test call to your new receptionist, before anything goes live.
We host it, fix it and keep it current every month. Your domain, phone number and customer data stay yours. If you leave, they go with you, and a copy of your website does too once your account is paid up.
If we can’t solve it, you don’t pay. Before we start, we agree in writing on what “solved” means. You pay when it works that way, and after that a monthly fee keeps it running. Websites and the AI receptionist also come with a 14-day free trial once they’re working: keep them, or walk away and owe nothing. Search rankings aren’t included; no one can promise those.
Straight answers
Often, yes. We connect to the calendar and tools you already use where they allow it. If something can’t be connected, we tell you before we start.
Yes. You see a private preview first, and nothing goes live until you say so.
Yes. We’re based in Burbank and work across Los Angeles County and anywhere in the US.
It depends on what you need. Tell Sasha what you have in mind and you’ll get a straight quote after a short conversation. There is a monthly fee, because we host it, fix it and keep it up to date for you.
No one can honestly promise that. We fix what Google and AI assistants look at, build pages that answer the questions your customers ask, and show you what changed each month.
