Why us
TeamWave started with a family tired of switching between kids’ teams, missing jersey colors and digging through group texts for the start time.
If TeamWave already does what you need, we’ll say so. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you what a custom build would take before you commit.
If we can’t solve it, you don’t pay.Before we start, we agree in writing on what “solved” means. You pay when it works that way, and after that a monthly fee keeps it running. Websites and the AI receptionist also come with a 14-day free trial once they’re working: keep them, or walk away and owe nothing. Search rankings aren’t included; no one can promise those.
Your domain, phone number and customer data stay yours. If you leave, they go with you, and a copy of your website does too once your account is paid up.

Yes. We build iPhone and Android apps the same way we built TeamWave. We’ll also tell you honestly if TeamWave already does what you need.
In TeamWave, rosters are invite-only and each parent sees only their own kids. For custom builds, we agree with you up front on who can see what.
Yes. TeamWave works anywhere, and custom builds happen by phone, email and on screen.
